Texas--March 2, 1836

On the 2nd of March 1836 Texas won its independence from Mexico and the signing of the Texas Declaration of Independence was signed. It is a day to remember and a day to be proud of!!
Of course what would be this day without celebrating Texas style. . .
 My roommates and I had a big Texas Brunch, complete with breakfast tacos, Texas size cinnamon rolls, kolaches, fruit, and Texas sugar cookies!! It was a day to remember!!!!
