Ladida. . .more to come

I want to get my blog up to date as far as wedding, honeymoon, and graduation go. So bare with me.

Today's post is brought to you by Glenn and Brittany's Wedding!!!

As y'all all know, Glenn and I got married on March 15th. The day went great. I don't know about Glenn, but I started the day off pretty early. I got up around 6:00 and started getting ready. Allison (Glenn's sister) came over to my parent's house around 6:30 to do my hair. I was excited! More excited than nervous, in fact, I don't think I was nervous at all. After all, why would I be nervous about spending the rest of my life and eternity with guy I love and want to be with?

My mom and I headed out before everybody else because Glenn and I needed to be at the temple an hour and 15 minutes before the sealing. Speaking of Glenn, we picked him up on the way.

The time spent at the temple was amazing. Glenn and I got to spend a good chunk of time in the Celestial room before. It was so nice to sit there with him and think in just 45 minutes or so we will be married. Those who attended the sealing can join in on the entertainment I might have brought. I was really anxious and excited to get married to him and that showed (not in the kissing part though; I am not one for public affection).

After taking pictures with Molly (she was fantastic), Glenn and I went to get some lunch. Glenn told the waitress that we literally just got married. They treated us to a dessert.

After lunch we decided we wanted to try and find the hotel we would be staying at in Boerne, so we did not have to spend after the reception in the dark looking for it. Good thing we did because our GPS took us the middle of nowhere. It said our hotel was on the right and there was nothing there but an open field. We called the hotel and got it figured out. Once we were checked in we relaxed a bit before heading over to the church building.

And finally, the reception was great. Because it was the tail end of spring break, I did not expect a lot of people to be there and that was ok. It turned out great, and we had a blast. Before the reception, however, we went out with Molly and took a few more pictures.

Overall, it was one heck of a party! Now we are back to normally life. You can see more pictures on my Facebook in the Got Hitched album. Stay tuned for when I post about our Honeymoon adventures!
