It may seem that I have dropped off the face of the planet. I insure you that I have not, but that the days have been busy!
Today I am turning in my last assignments of the semester and feeling great. All I have left is a final on Wednesday for my Post Modern literature class and a final on Thursday for my Shakespeare class. On Friday I will be flying home for Christmas!
Thanksgiving week was so much fun. One of my roommates, her brother, and I spent Thanksgiving day at our Bishops home. It was so fun and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Every day of the break we stayed up and watched movies and played games and just enjoyed ourselves from taking a break from our studies.
Well, I will say the beginning of the week was a little crazy. We were all suppose to spend Thanksgiving in Rupert at our roommate's Sisters home. Jaimie and I already left for Rupert and Mckenna and her brother were going to come later that night. With some crazy circumstances. . . Thanksgiving in Rupert was canceled. Jaimie was going to stay with her sister in the hospital and I needed a way back to Rexburg. Well, We called up Mckenna and Ryan and they were willing to meet me half way in Blackfoot and so Jaimie's brother-in-law's brother, who is also named Ryan, drove me for an hour or so to Blackfoot.
As I thought I would make it a whole semester without going on a date. . . that changed quickly. The next week I got a text from Ryan, from Rupert, and he told me he was coming up to Rexburg on Saturday and wanted to do something with me. Well, we went to see "Wreck it Ralph" and enjoyed a sandwich at Subway.
Now, I am just trying to get my end of the semester things done and turned in along with anticipation to go home for my first Christmas with my family since 2009!
