Stove Top Yumminess!

I feel like the only post I do these days is monthly updates of Johnathan. Well, I am going to try and do more than that again. I feel guilty that I have been keeping so many wonderful things from y'all. Such as, this amazing stove top pizza. I have been branching out for a while on new recipes. About a month ago we tried this recipe and have made it twice so far. If you are expecting to feed an army, you may have to do more than one batch. But, this size was perfect for us.

From start to finish it is only 30 minutes. . .
It is not the prettest picture. This was the first one I made. The second time looked better.

Stove Top Pizza:

Ingredients
  • 1/2 C Self Rising Flour (if you don't have any. .. 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3/4 tsp baking powder)
  • 1/2 C Regular Flour
  • 2/3 C. Warm Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Dry Yeast
  1. Spray skillet with non-sticking cooking spray (very important).
  2.  In skillet on stove, mix flours, water, salt, honey, & yeast. Spread on bottom of pan.
  3. Fill with your favorite toppings
  4.  Cook for 5 min. w/ lid closed on medium heat
  5. Crack lid and cook for 10 min.
  6. Place on cutting board. Cut and enjoy
I sure wish I knew this recipe when I was a single college student. Yum!
